IrriSarri Business Land is the division of IrriSarri Land dedicated to providing team-building coaching services to companies, institutions, etc.
TEAMBUILDING Activities aimed at fostering teamwork, cohesion among members, and job performance. Team building has two key objectives: to improve productivity and increase workplace motivation.

9 blocks designed according to themes:
- Communication: Improvement of communication within teams. Team members will delve into active listening, empathy, assertiveness, and conscious communication. This will lead to a closer bond among team members, enabling them to approach conflicts with a solution-focused mindset.
- Productivity: Time management and productivity organization. Organization members will learn to manage time effectively to enhance team productivity. Tools will be provided to reduce task execution times, encouraging coordination among all participants during the activity.
- Leadership: Leadership and competitiveness. Competencies and attitude training necessary for effective leadership will be addressed. Key skills for efficient leadership will be developed, fostering a sense of belonging and better team effectiveness.
- Cohesion: Cohesion and motivation of teams. The company will build teams and connect team members in a relaxed atmosphere through experiential activities. These dynamics will strengthen the teams.
- Well-being: Physical and mental well-being. Awareness will be raised, and basic skills for emotional management and reconnection will be developed. This will allow achieving balance and promoting the adaptability and resilience of team members.
- Talent: How to enhance talent. Identification of talent in the organizational context will be learned, understanding one’s strengths and areas for improvement. Team cohesion will be worked on from an appreciation perspective, seeking synergies as a source of competitive advantage.
- Sustainability: Social responsibility, local economy, and environmental commitment. Organizational models prioritizing the well-being of individuals and promoting corporate social responsibility will be emphasized. A shift in consumption patterns will be encouraged, adapting to a more local economy. Increased awareness of destination care through environmental education.
