A unique opportunity to play a decisive role in final assembly, one of the crucial steps in the elaboration of a wine. wine. There will be a full tour of
the winery, starting at the historic 12th century Señorío de Otazu.
On the way to the winery, the particularities of our vineyard will be discussed, before continuing the visit in the winemaking room, bottle cellar and
barrel room, known as the “Cathedral of Wine”.
During the activity, participants will become familiar with all the stages that lead a grape berry to become part of a great wine. With the help of the technical team, they play with different assemblages to understand what the different varieties contribute to the blend until eventually arriving at the desired wine, designed by the “new oenologists”.
