HITORIC WINERY
Founded in 1891, it is globally renowned for the quality and diversity of the wines we produce, as well as for our unique Wine Fountain located along the Camino de Santiago.
On the route of the French Way, where our Winery is situated, the Fountain of Irache is the only wine fountain in existence. Conceived to keep alive the memory of the monks who, since the 11th century, welcomed pilgrims to their monastery and shared a glass of wine with them. In this way, Bodegas Irache pays homage to history and to the pilgrims who, through their journey, uphold this beautiful tradition.
We cultivate five types of grapes on 101 hectares spread across the entire Tierra Estella region. Our varieties include Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Tinta, and Chardonnay.
